Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Packaging and tags must be included where reasonably possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold as part of a promotional or discounted collection, except where required by law

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

  • Gift cards

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Any reduction in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
