Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland & EU: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing. HelmiPro cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

HelmiPro offers free standard shipping on all orders.

If express shipping is available, any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Issues

HelmiPro cannot control delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
